in 1983 is one of the leading automotive components
manufacturer in Pakistan. We are specialized in various types
and profiles of pipe bending works for automotive and Garment
hangers industries. Particularly we are engaged in the mass
production of medium and heavy stamping and sheet metal works
since 22 years. We are registered vendor of “
PAK SUZUKI MOTORS CO.LTD., HINO PAK MOTORS
LTD. DEWAN FAROOQ MOTORS LTD., ADAM MOTORS CO.LTD. & MASTER
MOTORS CORP.’ Our sister concern ‘SALEEM
STEEL ENGG.WORKS” are also vendor of “ GHANDHARA
NISSAN LTD., GHANDHARA INDUSTRIES LTD. and PROCON ENGG. (PVT.)
LTD.”
We
manufacture automotive components to international standards
upto such expectation that we have been AWARDED by the “HINO
PAK MOTORS” in 1996 vendors Convention. But
the achievement of excellences is not an easy task. The efficient
value added process can only achieve this. Quality Assurance
and Quality Management Systems for product development, production
purchasing, sales & marketing is an integral part of Total
Quality Management. Our engineers, technicians and skilled
workers are endeavoring hard to get Highest Quality products
in order to obtain the “ISO 9001”
quality certificate.
A
lot of emphasis is give to Training & Development of employees.
The technology is growing to be complex every day so we have
to synchronies ourselves. We have a Japanese system of production
planning of the right part at the right time in the right
quantity. We are working hard to minimize the scrap of material
wastage’s of labour to cut down the manufacturing cost
in order to provide a better product at very reasonable price.
Production control means availability checks on resources
and organized start of production orders.
We
have well equipped shops and manufacturing facilities and
are preparing ourselves for Global Competition. We are always
trying to improve the working conditions and the environment.
For this reason we have implemented Japanese “KAIZEN”
Activities (i.e. continuous search for a better way,) to involve
our workers and supervisors for improvement in their workers
and work site by creative suggestion system and QC circles.
We have a well equipped Tool Room for Dies, Jigs & Fixtures,
Press shop is equipped with hydraulic and mechanical Power
Presses, various types & Pipe Bending machines. We have
also “Mig Welding machines, together with Electric Arc,
Gas Welding and spot welding machines.”
We
are striving a hard broaden the spectrum of our Automotive
products. We are expanding our manufacturing capacity and
intend to install ultramodern machines in the near future.
